Since this property has five bedrooms with five bathrooms, it can accommodate large groups or families. Double occupancy sleeping in beds would accommodate 20 people comfortably. More people will require prior approval at time of booking.
Yes! The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The four bedrooms upstairs have corner showers.
Bedroom #1/downstairs has two twin beds or they can be converted to a king.
Bedrooms #2 and 5 have two double beds in each bedroom.
Bedrooms #3 and #4 have two queen beds in each bedroom.
The two futons in the living room are set up as single beds only.
Yes, the laundry/mud room entry has a large capacity HE washer and dryer.
This is the same with our other properties. You should book as early as possible as the calendar fills up quickly. We block rooms the following year for our repeat guests.
The base rate is for three (3) bedrooms for up to six (6) guests. The bedrooms that are not used are locked prior to your arrival.
The minimum stay is four nights.
Pets are not allowed in this property. Visitors bringing a dog will need prior approval.

The period for a refund is 60 days advance notice of the date of arrival. There is a minimum cancellation fee of $100 or 5% of the amount paid if a credit card was used.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required on one to four night stays. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required on stays of five nights or more. We accept PayPal, personal check, postal money order, major credit cards, Discover and American Express. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is made with a credit card, the cancellation fee is 4% of the amount paid with a minimum of $100 fee. If payment was by cash or check, the cancellation fee is $100.
